How often do you get a candidate actually talking about public policy? Agree on everything you said.

Yes we here in NY are voting for Mamdani with all digits crossed. The primary is kind of rigged... But mostly Cuomo has thrown a disgusting amount of fake crap his way, also I just found out that as of Nov 2024 Cuomo

had joined the legal team that was defending Netanyahu at the ICJ or ICC (don't remember which) I presume he is no longer Netanyahu's lawyer but who knows...

Well, hell!!! I am going to fake a New York ballot and vote for him from here in Washington State.

Obligatory notification to DHS, ICE, NSA, FBI , CIA....of course I am not going to do this. But had you worried for a moment, didn't I??

The problem in seriousness is that the local system is rigged so if you wanted to vote as Dem in the primary this week you had to have known back last February and registered as a Dem by then. For first time voters and just in general younger people that were less engaged with voting prior, if they got excited by Mamdami's campaign it is too late for the primary. It feels like the Dem machine prefers it be stacked by the routine voters rather than going out of their way to attract new voters..

Totally agree and the Dem machine is hidebound to maintaining the power of the elite and damn the progressives!

I love this guy! He is a part of the new generation of Democrats — he reminds me of David Hogg’s group — whose leadership is needed.
